Give curiosity the floor.

A school assembly should do more than fill a slot on the calendar. Snake Encounters gives students something real to observe and questions worth asking. Live reptiles make the natural world immediate, while comedy and magic keep the room engaged. The facts have somewhere to land because the audience is paying attention.

Reptile education with a sense of humor.

Daryl combines more than three decades of presenting experience with a warm, theatrical approach. Students can explore reptiles, common myths, respect for animals, and the relationship between fear and understanding. The performance brings entertainment and education together without turning the occasion into a dry lecture.

A live animal invites a different kind of attention than a photograph or a video. Students notice its movement, appearance, and behavior, then bring their own questions into the conversation. That curiosity is the starting point, whether your audience already loves snakes or has never wanted to be near one.

Assemblies, classrooms, and school celebrations.

Bring Snake Encounters into the conversation when planning an assembly, classroom presentation, science program, PTA meeting, or achievement celebration. Each setting has its own audience and purpose. Tell Daryl what you are planning so you can discuss the right fit before choosing a date.

For a science-focused event, explain what students are studying and what you want the presentation to support. For a celebration, describe the occasion and the mix of ages attending. The same combination of live reptiles and audience interaction can serve different events, but the planning starts with your room and your students.

Plan around your students.

Include the school location, preferred date, student age range, estimated attendance, and available space in your inquiry. Mention whether you are considering one group or several, and how the presentation would sit within the school day. Those details make the booking conversation useful from the start.

Discuss room layout, sound, timing, and any participation concerns directly with Daryl. If some students are nervous around reptiles, raise that during planning. A good educational experience begins with clear expectations about the event, rather than assumptions about what every child will want to do.
